Mellowly sweet and juicy. A fruity raw sake available only now. This is the only seasonal product in the Ryusei -Classics- series and the sweetest sake in the Ryusei brand. It is a well-balanced nama sake with a harmony of sweetness and sourness. It is a standout among the Fujii Shuzo's signature brand "Ryusei" series. It is made from 100% Yamada-Nishiki and is characterized by its full-bodied flavor. It has a strong flavor typical of Ryusei, with a hint of sweetness. The elegant aroma of apple and a hint of white peach is gorgeous. The astringency that lingers in the aftertaste gives it richness and a lingering finish. This junmai ginjo is best served chilled and looks great in a glass of wine. Powerful and refreshing flavor of unfiltered, unpasteurized sake. The label is classic, but the flavor is sweet and juicy, unfiltered, unadulterated pure sake. The aroma is elegant, with a hint of apple and white peach. This season, it has a mild sweetness and an appealing clean acidity. In the mouth, the sweetness can be felt, but it is quickly quenched by the youthful astringency unique to freshly squeezed sake. The complexity of the sweetness and umami makes for a great drinking experience! Rice used: Yamadanishiki Polishing ratio 60 Ingredients: Rice, Rice Koji Alcohol 17%. Yeast C75 (Hiroshima 2021 yeast) Temperature 10~12℃.
