This is the first sake from Tochigi that I have had.
It has a mellow aroma typical of Junmai Daiginjo and a mild texture on the tongue with a robust rice flavor.
It has been a while since I had a bottle of Eishiro by Eikawa Shuzo. It was a Junmai Daiginjo, but it was in a single-bottle.
I bought it because I thought it would be good when I wanted to drink a little.
It was a little different from the sake of today, and had a strong sake flavor with a restrained aroma.
Aomori is Zenchidori (Utou) by Nishida Shuzo.
It has a gorgeous ginjo aroma and a refreshing taste.
Less sweet than Tazake.
It goes further than expected.
The aroma is mellow, and after drinking, you will taste a hint of sweetness and acidity. The tingling sensation on the tip of the tongue is a sign that the sake is still fresh.
