A group of sake lovers brought their own sake to compare, and for some reason there were nine bottles, even though there were only six of us. Among them, I loved the Okuharima Genshu! It's my favorite sake I've ever had. It's very rich, with a unique aroma and feel like Shaoxing wine! It's so addictive that I had several refills! It tastes absolutely delicious hot, but I like to drink it at room temperature and feel the aroma on my tongue.

I opened a bottle of Shimane sake that I got as a gift around the end of the year! It's clean and dry. I drank a little bit of it to go with the hot pot! It was delicious. I had it at room temperature, but I think it's good cold too❤️.

This is one of the bottles I bought in the 3 bottles comparison grab bag. Dry and easy to drink. It felt like water. I drank it at room temperature and before I knew it, I had finished the whole bottle. Even so, I didn't feel like there was any alcohol left in the bottle, and it was so good that I still felt like I needed more. It has no peculiar taste, so you need to be careful about the snacks. It goes well with Camembert cheese.

I won this sake in a contest held in Fukushima Prefecture. I enjoyed it on New Year's Day as an accompaniment to my New Year's Day festive meal. Sake from places where the rice is good is delicious. Unfortunately, I was so drunk that I don't remember the details of the taste. I do remember that it was delicious! I'm sorry.

A friend of mine bought this sake for me once, and I liked it so much that I bought it myself. According to the brewer, it is a rare sake. It is slightly carbonated, has no peculiarity, and feels like water. Even people who don't like sake seem to like it. Even after drinking it twice, it was still a delicious sake. If I find it again, I will definitely drink it. I had it only for one person, along with some yukke (horse sashimi) from my favorite horse sashimi store. Thank you for the meal.

I asked the staff at the store for a sake that I could enjoy hot, and they introduced me to this one. The aroma is a little unique, and I thought it would be even better heated. I also bought some fugu fins to make fins sake. The flavor of the fugu fins combined with the taste of the sake made it very tasty. My own opinion (just a note) If you're not used to drinking sake, you might not like it... For people who like to enjoy hot sake
