I told the waitress that I prefer something refreshing and a little sweet, and she recommended this bottle. It was indeed quite fruity. It was refreshing at the beginning, but left me with a sweet taste and a burning sensation in the back of my throat. Maybe it was because I hadn't had sake in a while? But it was delicious.
