Fukuju大吟醸、純米吟醸

I received this as a gift from an acquaintance who went on a sake brewery tour. Today we compared them with Chinese sake. Both were cooled down well and drank very neatly. I prefer the Junmai Ginjo, which is more refreshing than the Daiginjo, which is mellow (?). Junmai Ginjo is more refreshing than Daiginjo.
I think I like Junmai best now.
