Shinshu Kireiひとごこち純米酒

It is sweet but has a very refreshing aftertaste. It is a sake that is easy to drink. It is my favorite sake among all the sake I have ever had. The first time I tried Kamerei, my husband happened to buy it for me near a sake brewery, but it was hard to find locally, so I made a reservation two months in advance at a liquor store about an hour's drive away. I ordered a sashimi platter for Kamerei and my husband and I enjoyed it. As the name Hitogokochi suggests...we ran out of sake in no time, but we were full of deliciousness and happiness!

Thanks for the comment! I laughed because we're so much the same when it comes to "being level-headed at the liquor store." 🤭 It's still not easy to buy. I envy those who live near sake breweries! LOL!
