Junmai Ginjo Nama Shu made with wine yeast. Juicy, reminiscent of juice. I was used to a smooth taste, so this is new for me. Delicious when well chilled. Even after opening the bottle, there is a slight fizzy feeling. You can drink it in gulps.

If you drink it as is, it has a juicy texture. The taste tickles the lower side and disappears leaving a faint aftertaste. If you drink it on the rocks, it will caress your tongue. A dangerous sake for a lazy summer.

Slightly effervescent, a bittersweet sweetness that rushes down the throat. The taste is very sharp and decisive. It goes well with dishes with strong flavors.

100% Sasanishiki. It is lighter and crisp than the Gin no Iroha we had the other day. I would like to drink it on a misty spring evening while lost in thought.
