Gorgeous and nice scent ♫ This one seems to be scented with soda candy, wax plum, and honey. It's got a bit of sourness to it, but it balances out the sweetness nicely! I was surprised that the gorgeous aroma was still there in the first week after opening. Delicious all the way!

Second time for Tobiroki! Good sake really does drink like water. It was very easy to drink. I had it with nigori sake and fruity sake, so I would like to taste it again by itself.

Domaine Sakura Kame-no-o Nigori (nigori) sake with 90% rice polishing ratio Very lactic and thick! But there is also a fizziness and the aftertaste is not too persistent. I could have drunk the supernatant alone, but It tastes richer and tastier when mixed with the cloudy part at the bottom. And this one has a vent hole in the cap, so do not overturn it. If I hadn't been told by the store staff, I would have definitely knocked it over on its side and the liquor would have overflowed!

Japanese cedar (Cryptomeria japonica D. D.) Romain series Hana-kyun Omachi ♫ again. Slightly effervescent, 13% alcohol by volume. This is delicious!!!! As the name suggests, it's gorgeous, sweet, fruity, a little full-bodied, but you can drink it clean! It was delicious on its own or with light snacks. I drank a lot of different sakes at the sake tasting today, but this one was my favorite! If I find it again, I'll definitely buy it!

Yoshida Kurau Hyakumangoku No Shiro Nama Sake It is like a modern Yamahai natural sake. I haven't had Yamahai yet, so I can't compare the two, but the sake is slightly carbonated and refreshing with a fruity, grapefruit-like citrus aftertaste. I read that it is recommended to drink it in a wine glass, but some people may not even realize it's sake unless you tell them it's sake! Like a white wine! And the alcohol content is low at 13 degrees, making it very easy to drink. This one goes well with rice, too! Goes well with Camembert cheese. I'm going to run out of the second day's worth of drinks!

Peach Heaven Sparkling ♫ When I opened it, the cork popped and went flying. The moment you put it in your mouth, it has a nice fruity aroma like a white wine. It has just the right amount of sweetness and acidity. A drink you want to drink with a glass of wine. Great with rice They were gone in no time!

Hanaup Omachi I've never had this before! I thought it was sweet at first with a soft floral aroma, but the aftertaste was clean and I could drink it easily. I bought a bottle, so I'm going to savor it until the third day. I like it even more because it's a little less floral in the mouth and goes well with meals.
