In my opinion, Hidakami is the best cosmetics and the best Hidakami. Hidakami in summer is rather refreshing and easy to drink. It is dry and different from dacha. It is indeed a satisfying sake at this price. I buy it online from a store in Tohoku. And the back of the label is also nice!

I bought this sake after trying it during a drinking (tasting) tour of five Suwa breweries. It was surprisingly soft for a sake named "Touji's test of skill". The fact that it is made according to the toji's whims is what attracted me to this sake.

Local, Shinshu sake is still good for you lol. It was a little fruity, similar to wine. But it is not assertive and can be drunk without hesitation.

Made from 100% special A district Yamadanishiki produced in Tojo, Hyogo Prefecture. This sake is from Aisai City, Aichi Prefecture. It is soft and has great umami. We learned about it at a local liquor store, and it is our favorite. Light 14-15 degrees. It is delicious. Please try it if you can find it.

Purchased on April 3. When opened, it was crisp and fluffy. I kept it in the fridge for a while and drank it on the 17th! It had changed to gorgeous & fruity! WOW! I will drink it with care.

It is full and easy to drink. It does not have much spiciness or acidity. This is the sake that got me hooked on hiyaoroshi. I bought 3 bottles and finished them right away. If you peel off the label, the second bottle appears.
