I bought this brand after seeing Izakaya Shinkansen. It is an easy drinking sake. It seems to be similar to mizutori-kiji.
But what does it mean to call spring to your heart?

First of all, I like the name. I like the name "mizutori" (water bird) in Kesennuma. I imagine the peaceful streets of the port town and think of the city I have not seen yet...
The sake is sweet and has a nice aroma. I think it goes well with fish. I bought this sake because of the label, but as soon as I opened it, it had a fruity aroma and was delicious!
