Oh my, it is delicious with a unique aftertaste, as if you are eating a vegetable. Not too spicy. I'm not really attracted to new sake, mainly because I'm determined to save money once I finish up the sake stock at the Hiyaoroshina house, which will be a paper-pack comparison month ......

I tried heating it up. The spiciness was not as deep, so this was good, but it was even better after it cooled down a bit. The second half was hiya.

It is a good day because I met a good sake store, Gotoya, in Kita-ku, Nagoya. I bought a bottle of sake for the first time.
