Dinner on a short trip, Mito.
Soft taste. A refreshing sweetness like a pear.
I had it cold, and I was right. The mild acidity makes it a good match for any snack...in fact, I think it would be better with a solid side dish.
Received, at home.
It was classified as rather dry but sweet on the palate. It has a sweetness on the palate that is more floral than full-bodied.
The aroma is very fruity, as it is labeled "to be enjoyed with a glass of wine". The sweetness on the palate is short-lived, but there is a lingering aftertaste due to the good aroma.
Because of its strong aroma, it did not go well with sashimi, but it went well with crab miso.
A gift. At home.
When I opened the cork, it was still fermenting and flew out with great force.
The acidity is firm. A gentle aroma.
It is dry but a little sweet, with a lingering floral aroma that lingers for a long time.
I got the impression that it was well balanced.
At home.
Lightly colored and delicious, with a calm mouthfeel. It is mellow rather than floral. It has a clean impression reminiscent of melted snow. As time goes by and the water gets warmer, you can taste the rich umami.
Items to be shared, at home.
35-year anniversary of Kiritsukuba. Melon-like sweet dark aroma. Almost no acidity. The flavor spreads in the first sip, and the sharpness is good.
The shape of the bottle is the same as that of wine, and the rich taste and aroma seem to go well with a glass of wine.
