Immediately after opening the bottle, it feels like a sparkling wine.
As the day goes by, the corners are removed, but there is still a carbonic acid-like feeling, which is indescribably delicious.
A summer nigori sake given to me by an acquaintance.
It is fruity and sweet with a hint of sourness.
It is a perfect sake to feel the cool air.
Thank you very much.
Great acidity that makes you think it's sparkling wine. Is there carbonation? I think it would go well with carpaccio, etc. Let's try pairing it with something else.
The drunken comparison set of the drinking set that I got by the hometown tax payment. Let's start with Hime Nadeshiko. One word, delicious! It is a little dry in the mouth, but then it has an elegant sweetness, and the aftertaste is delicious. As recommended, it goes well with white sashimi. It's a good deal that you can get it with hometown tax payment!
This is my first experience with Hiyaoroshi. The aroma is gorgeous and the mouthfeel is a bit dry, but it's not too light and you can enjoy the full flavor afterwards. It seems to go well with salted grilled fish, and the red bottle is beautiful.
I thought it was unusual, so I bought this Jozen Nyosui, which is made with honey-derived yeast. It has a refreshing taste like noble rot wine, and the alcohol content is low, so you can drink it like a dessert wine. For a snack, I had some mozzarella cheese with tamari and soy sauce!
This is the sixth and final bottle from the Shirataki All Stars series, and the first sip is sweet, then it turns a little light and dry, and when you finish it, the sweet aftertaste hits you again. It is a very full-flavored sake.
This is the 5th bottle from Shirataki All Stars, Minatoya Tosuke Junmai Daiginjo. After opening the bottle, you can feel the aroma, and when you take a sip, you can feel the sweetness and acidity. It is a sake with a complex taste. It is very difficult to describe the flavor of this sake.
This is the fourth bottle from Shirataki All Stars. Kamizen Nyosui Junmai Daiginjo. It is very well balanced and has an elegant taste as described. Normally I would split it between two days, but I drank this one in one day.
This is the third bottle from Shirataki All Stars. Uonuma Tanrei Junmai. It is very refreshing on the palate, and then the light dry taste spreads in the mouth. Personally, I don't like this kind of sake, but it is interesting to taste such a wide range among the All Stars.
July's Jozen Nyosui Yamahai Jikomi. It has an elegant sweetness and a full-bodied taste typical of Yamahai-bikomi. It may become one of your favorites.
The second bottle from the Shirataki All Stars, a mature Kamizen Nyosui Junmai Ginjo.
Compared to regular Junmai Ginjo, it is quite mellow on the palate. And the elegant sweetness and aroma spreads in the mouth.
It was a perfect match with the tasty stewed bai clams I made for the sake snack.
My favorite Kamizen Nyosui.
I had a Junmai Ginjo Kamizen Nyosui first from Shirataki All Stars.
You can really enjoy the clean and elegant sweet taste without any miscellaneous flavors.
I am looking forward to the others.
The first sip immediately after opening the bottle was very impressive, with a rich flavor spreading throughout the mouth. After that, it settles down and has a soft mouthfeel typical of Junmai Daiginjo, with a slight sweetness.
