We went to Houbou in front of Hitachino-Ushiku Station in Ibaraki Prefecture to compare three kinds of Ibaraki sake. From left to right, we had "Morishima," "Gokeiji," and "Urasato. They all go well with meals! Fried lotus root and sashimi of sea bream. It's nice to have good sake in my hometown Ibaraki! Especially "Gokeiji" taught me how good sake tastes on the rocks!
