I opened the front door of my house and smelled a happy aroma! The MUJI Kashiwameshi that I had prepared was ready to be cooked. Today I had a bottle of Kikusui Junmai Sake. I usually serve it chilled, but apparently it's recommended to warm it up on the skin, so I went for it. The aroma of the rice and malted rice was delicious. The rich flavor, yum! The kashiwameshi is also too good! Nice work, Muji.
