On the second bottle from Hakkaisan. What surprised me was its "difference in density. While the previous Hakkaisan was "light" and clear like water, the Otters had the sensation of the sweetness and aroma of rice rushing into your mouth the moment you took a sip.
It is fruity and delicious when drunk on its own, but after drinking Hakkaisan, its richness seemed a little "heavy" to me. I think the coolness of the Hakkaisan was a better accompaniment to the sumptuous seafood dish. This was a comparison in which we clearly felt the difference in character of the sake.
