The second fermentation in the bottle produces a natural carbon dioxide gas that makes it shriek. It was also very lively in the sake cup.
It was the most gassy nigori I've had this season. Of course it is delicious🤤.

We wanted to find a restaurant where we could bring our own alcohol for Mr. Yutaro to drink, as he always obtains precious sake for us.

I talked to the store owner and mistook it for Kameizumi and ordered it 😂 But it was delicious, so no problem!
Gentle and mildly sweet, moderate acidity, no gassiness.
