My parents were very eager to drink this beautiful wine design. My family is a big fan of a certain program by Kazuhiko Ohta. We were lucky enough to get it on a business trip before the sixth wave of Corona. It had a sweetness that was typical of Yamadanishiki with a beautiful aftertaste, and I was thrilled to hear that this was the taste of Mr. Ota's New Year.

This is a limited edition. I regret that I didn't drink the sister product(?) I regret that I didn't drink the sister product(?), Goddess' Summer Poem... It is a fruity, easy drinking sake for women. It has a sweetness that is typical of Yamadanishiki and a balance that you won't get tired of drinking. And it is reasonably priced.

It was slightly rich and sweet. It was new to me, but it had a freshness to it that made it quite drinkable! I bought this along with the Toyo Bijin. It's great to drink from noon on Saturdays! I wanted to eat yakitori after watching "Gourmet of Solitude", so I did it from 3pm.

One week has passed since the opening of the bottle. It has become mellow. We took home kabayaki and shirayaki at an eel restaurant. I was in a great mood from noon on Sunday.

The gasiness disappears and you can feel sweetness more and more. The snack is grilled ayu fish with salt, cured ham cheese basil and salted mackerel with grated radish.

Banana or melon like flavor and aroma. Even on the second day after opening the bottle, it's still sippable. Refreshing but not too light, this is a sake that will stand up to a greasy American beef steak.

This is one of my favorite Gassan, but I only buy Uragassan once in a while. Sizzling on opening the bottle. Fruity, had a little sourness and astringency. It seems to go well with vinegar and other sour foods. The gingko nuts were picked up at my parents' house the other day.

A month in the fridge after opening the bottle. It has a mild sweetness with no horniness. I thought a sweet sake wouldn't go well with vinegar, but Gambiki is an all-around beautiful sake that goes well with both nanbanzuke and greasy beef tongue.
