 We bought it at a liquor store in Nara City. The proprietor chose for us a sake called "Hojyun umikuchi" (rich and delicious sake). I enjoyed it both chilled (5-10°) and lukewarm (45-50°).  When you drink it chilled, the aroma and flavor of the rice spread in your mouth and smoothly slides down your nose. It's really nice to drink 😄😄  When it's warmed up, the flavor of the rice is still 🌊 surging like a wave. 😆😆  I think I'd rather drink it cold though. Rice polishing ratio 60%. 15% alcohol. Sake meter value +3 Acidity 1.7 Amino Acid Content 1.2

 I haven't had a hiyaoroshi in 5 years 😁, so I bought it at a special store. (到来到来)  It has a subdued aroma and a subdued taste😊With a good balance of slight acidity and bitterness, it's easy to drink.  Today I paired it with grilled salt mackerel. It's so good 😋! 3 days later Delicious 👍 It's mellowed out with corners removed.

 I asked Maruishi Brewing Co. for a special dealer to purchase this miso cakewalk in Okazaki City when I visited Okazaki Castle. (The game is played on a table in Okazaki.  It has a fruity aroma, sweet on the palate and balanced in the throat with flavor and acidity. 😋😋😋😋😋 Rice polishing rate 48%. Alcohol Content 16%.

Tagged with a blowout warning, I slowly moved the bottle up and down to mix the cage as the cage was settling and opened the pull-top. I heard a pop 😱I thought the cage was going to blow out. Bbitta🤪 It was like calpis without any sweetness. We had it with fried horse mackerel.

It feels tingly and slightly fizzy. The aroma? Hmmm, I'm not sure🤔 I like the sharpness of it, easy to drink. On the second day, the fizziness is gone and the aroma is like a ramune and the taste is fruity and sweet and delicious😄Magical. The fourth day, the freshness is added and the flavor is doubled👍.

A new brew from last year to replace the summer boulud. This sake is made with yeast that produces a lot of malic acid 😄This is a new brew that will make you feel refreshed in the hot summer. 13% alcohol by volume.
