We bought it at a liquor store in Nara City.
The proprietor chose for us a sake called "Hojyun umikuchi" (rich and delicious sake).
I enjoyed it both chilled (5-10°) and lukewarm (45-50°).
When you drink it chilled, the aroma and flavor of the rice spread in your mouth and smoothly slides down your nose. It's really nice to drink 😄😄
When it's warmed up, the flavor of the rice is still 🌊 surging like a wave. 😆😆
I think I'd rather drink it cold though.
