The most royal of all? I happened to find a bottle of Ottersai 45 Daiginjo on sale at the supermarket, so I bought it. It was almost transparent in color. You can tell just by smelling it, it's a good one! It's a famous classic, but I drank it for the first time in my life. The first thing that struck me was how good it felt on the tongue, almost like water! My personal feeling was that it was not sweet enough. It's a drink I've always wanted to try, so I'm glad I got to experience it for myself!

I've been wanting to drink sake for a long time, and I drank the most standard Junmai Ginjo. It had a sweetness to it the moment it touched my lips, but when it reached my throat, it had a slight astringency. The color was almost colorless and transparent. The aroma is reminiscent of sweetness. The mouthfeel is incredibly smooth. This is not wine! It was like I thought it was.

When I went to Yonezawa, I found a bottle that I had forgotten to buy and drank it. I thought it might be a bit bland due to the poor storage environment, but it was pleasant to the palate and easy to drink. Although it was undiluted sake, there was not that much alcohol in it. I thought it was a little dry, but it may not be so dry for some people. It is a sake that seems to go well with meals, and the cost was good for everyday drinking.

The city of restoration, in the souvenir corner of Meirinkan from Hagi. While asking the clerk a lot of things, I found out that Toyo Bijin is a sake brewery in Hagi, and bought it with vigor. Just because I had come by bicycle, a miniature size. It seems to be a junmai daiginjo of 50% polished rice. It was so fragrant and fruity that I thought it was wine when I took a sip. I drank 300ml in no time at all, so dangerous! I felt it was sweet, but what do you think? At any rate, it was a product that I can recommend to beginners.

The alcohol content of nama-gara-shu is a little higher than that of regular sake. It has a strong taste, so I thought it was called "mellow", but I couldn't really put it into words. This brand is from Fushimi in Kyoto. Fushimi and Chushojima are where Sakamoto Ryoma's temple hut is located. It is famous for famous water, and there are many places where famous water springs.

I bought this at the souvenir corner when I went to Toko's sake brewery in Yonezawa, Yamagata Prefecture. The staff was very polite and helpful, and we were able to tour the brewery, which I would recommend as a tourist attraction when visiting Yonezawa. It is dry, but how easy to drink. Is it easy to drink? It has no spine. You can drink it easily. It doesn't have that much of a sake aroma either. I thought this was Daiginjo. It costs about 3,000 yen for 720ml. It is a little difficult for a beginner to drink.
