I've been wanting to drink sake for a long time, and I drank the most standard Junmai Ginjo.
It had a sweetness to it the moment it touched my lips, but when it reached my throat, it had a slight astringency. The color was almost colorless and transparent.
The aroma is reminiscent of sweetness. The mouthfeel is incredibly smooth. This is not wine! It was like I thought it was.
