The city of restoration, in the souvenir corner of Meirinkan from Hagi.
While asking the clerk a lot of things, I found out that Toyo Bijin is a sake brewery in Hagi, and bought it with vigor. Just because I had come by bicycle, a miniature size.
It seems to be a junmai daiginjo of 50% polished rice.
It was so fragrant and fruity that I thought it was wine when I took a sip.
I drank 300ml in no time at all, so dangerous!
I felt it was sweet, but what do you think?
At any rate, it was a product that I can recommend to beginners.
