Nigori (nigori) sake miraculously rescued from a damaged brewery!

The amount of lees is almost three times that of Senkou Dobrok 🫨.
We tried to open the bottle with trepidation!

The bottle opened so easily that it was almost anticlimactic!
However, I was concerned about the air bubbles that were gradually emerging, so I kept an eye on it...
It's a surprise... ‼️
I closed the cap in a hurry.
I waited for 20 minutes for the lees to settle down.
Finally, I was able to open the bottle. 😮💨
We will serve it with some of the lees that rose to the surface.
The aroma is more like milk than yogurt or lactobacillus drink 🍼.
The aroma is more full-bodied than sour.

I enjoyed the taste of the rice while chewing on the rice grains that were still there. ☺️
As the temperature rises, the acidity finally comes out.
You can also feel the bitterness and umami more strongly.

The taste is mellow.
