This is one of the main brands of Watanabe Sake Brewery in Ogaki City.
It is brewed by the only female toji in Gifu Prefecture.
It is made from 100% Gifu Prefecture's specially grown Hatsushimo rice.
Purchased at an Aeon liquor store in Kakamigahara City.
The aroma is similar to yogurt.
The palate has a nutty flavor and sweetness with a touch of astringency. It is smooth and easy to drink.
