It is also a summer sake, but it has been chilled for a few months, and finally opened. The aroma is subtle, and although it hits the throat a little bit, the overall impression is smooth. It is easy to drink, whether the flavor of the snacks is light or strong.

From a little drinking course to a 3-drink comparison We combined Honjozo, Jungin and Jun Dai! The first one was extremely dry, Kenkou Gokou Gokou! It is a bit hard to keep drinking it cold! Let's try it on the rocks! Let's get some ice in the glass! The dryness has eased up a bit! I'll drink it with tempura. extensive knowledge The sweetness and spiciness index "nihonshu-do" is the hottest sake in Japan. This standard has already been used for a quarter of a century. No other brewery can match it! Like Musashi's sword, it is a sake of great strength. Recommended to drink on the rocks! Goes well with oily food! Alcohol content: 20-21 Sake strength: 27 Acidity: 1.7 Rice polishing ratio: 70 Ingredients: Rice, rice malt, brewing alcohol

Mimasaka tasted a sake from Tsuyama. It is a slightly matured sake, but the taste is refreshing. I thought it was a cool and refreshing sake suitable for summer.

Nigorizake is a kind of sake which is produced in a local produce center when new sake is made. We found it, so we opened a bottle. It was 1100 yen! It takes an awful long time to open the bottle... On the one hand, we want the nigori to be evenly distributed, but on the other hand, when it rains, the carbonation blows out, so it takes a lot of time to control that... But it tastes good, so I wait until it's good... When I finally drink it, it's great! Carbonation & strong flavor. It's a stiff sake, but the carbonation softens the bitterness, so it's very mild and delicious! It's a great seasonal sake to drink! The alcohol content is high, so please be careful...

It's a nigori-shu, which is a rough, unpasteurized, unpasteurized sake, so it has a sweet aroma and a full feeling. It is slightly carbonated and has 20% alcohol by volume, so we served it on the rocks. It is perfect for this season.

This morning, when I dropped by a local produce center to buy vegetables, I discovered the label "New rice, new sake" and bought some. Buying sake in the morning (laughs) In the evening, I opened the bottle immediately. At the beginning of drinking, there is a slight carbonation, and it is very mild. In the middle, you can feel the umami, and in the end, the bitterness. This is good... Because it has a big slow and rapid pace, it leaves a big impression. It is delicious.
