@Monogatari Liquor Store This was my first visit to this liquor store and I got lost in all the drinks I've never had before - it was fun ❗️. So, my first brewery sake continues! The rice used is Sakonishiki from Tsuwano It is an authentic junmai sake with a refreshingly dry taste. It has a moderate bitterness and acidity, and is not too sweet. In this season, it is perfect with nabe dishes. It was a good sake that can be drunk with peace of mind.

I bought this when I went on a trip to Shimane Prefecture. Nigorizake. It has a slightly sweet taste with a nice aftertaste, and goes down the throat easily. It was gone in no time. Next time I buy it, I'll try to buy other kinds of sake as well.

Well, it was easy to drink, not too dry and with a clean aftertaste. I was able to celebrate my birthday with this. I was really happy and very emotional.

An old sake barrel that I bought when I visited the brewery of Kasen Shuzo in Tsuwano-cho, Shimane Prefecture on my trip to the San-in region last year. During the six months of maturation, the roughness of the new sake has been removed and the unique mellow taste has been achieved, making it the perfect autumn sake for the cool nights of autumn.

The "Natsuzakari" we tasted at a souvenir shop called "Sara Tree". It is similar to Akizakari, and the taste spreads in the mouth. Because it is muddy, it tastes thick and remains on the tongue.

We were given a special tour of the sake brewery. The sake is made the traditional way of steaming rice in a well made of stone spring water. The "Akizakari" is a powerful drink! It has a deep, dry taste while being refreshing.
