Urawa, the capital of Saitama Prefecture, is famous for eel.
We eat unagi only once or twice a year, but it is our favorite food.
We eat it on the first day of the four consecutive holidays. It's made with Asahi Masamune sake from Uchiki Shuzo, a sake brewery in Saitama City.
It's not particularly delicious, but it's a smooth, unpasteurized sake, and considering the situation of eating unagi in Urawa, it's a good enough sake.
