The manager murmured, "It's not busy..." "Welcome, 4 people in a group!
Well, it's true that it's hard to get in when it's busy both during the day and at night.
Compared to that, it is a little more relaxed.
I ordered some more skewers and had my third cup of sake today.
Le Lac Unfiltered Nama Sake
The aroma is light and the mouthfeel is crisp.
After the astringent acidity, the quiet umami and sweetness spread smoothly.
There is little sense of rice, but you can feel the rice in the rest of the taste and aftertaste.
This goes well with skewers.
It will make your fat life more active.
I'm drinking while posting today, so I'm a total freak unlike usual.
Two people are here just as I write this. A husband and wife?
I get a lot of visitors here.
It's hard to get tired of this place as a drinking place, and the sake is also very maniacal.
As I was writing this, two more people came, and then one.
...I think I'm going to lose my place....
One more drink...or will it be one?
Let's go home slowly before we disturb them.
But then, there were two more people.
I know they're ramen guys, but....
I guess I'll just close up and go home slowly.
Perhaps because it is unfiltered, the taste of sake lees is a little stronger.
I had an image that sake made by Usui Shoten was dry, but I was surprised to find that it had a sweet taste.
I was surprised to learn that the taste of sake can change so much when the master brewer changes ❗.
After a day, the sake lees taste faded away and it became very easy to drink.
Thanks to the sake, I can't stop drinking 😅
The sake rice is Hitogokochi.
<Fresh, erotic, sweet and mellow.
The Hakubanishiki Autumn Ripening we had the other day was very impressive.
The aroma is clear melon and rice flavor alcohol. The aroma is very fragrant. This looks delicious.
When you put it in your mouth, you will feel fresh, slightly tangy, and sweet. From there, it is sweet and umami. The deep umami-centered overtone is also wonderful. The umami lingers for a long time in the aftertaste, but this may be the first time for me to taste such a gentle and rich umami-centered aftertaste.
It is beyond sexy, it is even erotic. To put it another way, it is erotic. It is one of the most erotic wines I have had this year. It's also very erotic, with a sensual eroticism that you can feel the body temperature of the drink. I think this drink needs to be designated as an 18-restricted drink, don't you?
It's not Ghibli, but if I were to use an analogy, it would be Nana from the manga "Nana and Kaoru. Do you know this work? It is a coming-of-age romantic comedy with a high school student as the heroine and SM as its theme. Nana is its heroine. Ruta Amazume's drawings of her fleshy body are very erotic.
Satisfaction: ★★★★

First saw Le Lac at a local liquor store!
I was somehow drawn to it and bought it 😎.
I'll take it 😃.
It's a light yellow with a hint of citrus 😍.
It has a round sweetness with a hint of acidity.
It's like a light, thin honey lemon 😋.
Then the citrus astringency and finally the bitterness appears, leaving a thin, orange peel-like taste ☺️.
This is my favorite 😍.
Good evening, Yasuo Mori ^ ^
Distinctive label👍
It's called Le Cura, isn't it?
Nagano prefecture has many delicious sake.
I bet this sake is also delicious ☺️.
Good morning Manta-san 😚.
I have been addicted to Nagano Prefecture's sake for a while now, and this Le Lac is especially gentle. It soaks through me without any sense of resistance and makes me feel warm 😋.
The new brand "le lac" from Omachi City's Usui Shoten means "lake" in French. The label is a beautiful silhouette of the three lakes of Nishina in the northern part of Omachi City.
The aroma is light and fruity, with a good balance of sweetness and acidity in the mouth. The aftertaste is light and crisp.
It is delicious.
Le Lac
Since the Sanzo drinking tour in Omachi was cancelled, I thought I'd just get in the mood for Self Sanzo Meijin No. 2.
This brewery is famous for Hakuba Nishiki. Driving between Omachi and Itoigawa, you can see many signboards and get a sense of the breadth of the brewery's sphere of influence. At events, they pour heated sake in rapid succession, and I personally consider this brewery to be dangerous.
The image of this brewery is that of a clean, almost tasteless and odorless sake.
But this was a little different.
It has a fruity aroma, a hint of gas and sweetness, and bitterness when swallowed. It's very good.
The brewery offers five different kinds of sake made from different rice, which makes you want to drink it.
I bought a recommendation from the liquor store. It seems to be a new brand called Le Lac from Hakuba Nishiki.
The aroma is discreetly fruity. The body is fresh and mellow, like muscat and grapes. It finishes with bitterness like Miyamanishiki, so I never get tired of drinking it.
It does get a little chippy as the temperature rises, but I like that a lot! Nagano sake is amazing.
Tonight we had #lelac Jungin Unfiltered Nama Sake Gohyakumangoku from #Usui Shoten in Omachi City, Nagano Prefecture.
The name "le lac" means "lake" in French.
As the label on the back says, it has a very mellow, fruity flavor reminiscent of green apples and plums, which fills the mouth.
It finishes with a pleasant acidity.
The pattern on the label represents the lakes that line Omachi.
