Purchased at a special store introduced to me by the brewer on my way home from skiing 🎿.
It was not sold at the brewery.
Very easy to drink🍶, with a juicy sweetness and umami that stands out👍.
The acidity in the latter half of the sake is pleasant.
Overall, it is a well-balanced sake. 😊
Le Lac, a rare out-of-prefecture sake for an individual store
This is the first time for me to drink this sake, and it's only unfiltered raw sake, so it has a good mouthfeel.
It's a very refreshing sake, and I can't stop drinking it!
Thank you very much!
The label is said to indicate a lake.
<Nasty, sweet, bitter, apple-sweet.
Fruity red apple on the nose. Slightly hard bitterness in the back.
When you put it in your mouth, it is slightly carbonated. Sweetness and a hint of bitterness of apple. The sweetness is at the center, and when you think it is going to seduce you, the bitterness, which you thought was subtle, spreads out. But the bitterness is somehow cute. What is this? It's namikey, but it's cute! It's so delicious!
The bitterness lingers in the aftertaste, but there is a hint of sweetness that I can't hate. In fact, the bitterness is rather appealing. And the bitter-sweet aroma that escapes into the nose is also very pleasant.
If I were to use a Ghibli analogy, it would be the senior witch in "The Witch's Delivery Service. She has bitterness and is namaike and cute.
Degree of liking: ★★★★

Miyamanishiki is used 🌾.
When you open the bottle, you can smell the elegant aroma 🍏🍎🍏🍎.
After the schwatty feeling, there is a clear aftertaste ❗️
This feels like it can be served with any food: ❗️
It's a very beautiful drink 🍶✨✨✨✨.
The deciding factor was the comfort.
The deciding factor was the "Hitokoshiki" (a feeling of comfort), the price of the jacket... 3/10.
The wine is a full-bodied red wine from Argentina.
Happiness ... 13/20
It has a clear hue, a slight malty odor, a hint of acidity on the tip of the tongue, and sweetness but little umami.
Sei... 9/20
The taste is already over, with only a hint of sweetness and umami.
There is no cloying taste and no sense of going off to the side, but the lack of excitement is unsatisfying.
Change ... 9/20
The theme of "well-balanced gentle sweetness and acidity" has not been lost, but the juiciness should be more lively in the middle part of the bottle.
Yui ... 10/20
It has a fresh sublimation smell and a refreshing aftertaste (a trace of Alc), in other words, it can be drunk like water.
Cost performance ... 4/10
The concept is not negligible, but if you ask me if I like it, I would have to be unsympathetic.
This is definitely a food wine.

From the brewery of Hakuba Nishiki, but it has been 25 years since Hakuba Nishiki was produced.
The "lakes" are said to be the three lakes of Hakuba and Nishina.
It is a 15% sake, but has a mild mouthfeel, good acidity and umami, and a refreshing aftertaste.
On the second day, the umami of the sake increases, and when heated, the aftertaste is clean and dry.
It started out plain, but slowly became more and more delicious.
