I had an image that sake made by Usui Shoten was dry, but I was surprised to find that it had a sweet taste.
I was surprised to learn that the taste of sake can change so much when the master brewer changes ❗.
After a day, the sake lees taste faded away and it became very easy to drink.
Thanks to the sake, I can't stop drinking 😅
The sake rice is Hitogokochi.
