Natsuda Fuyukura with Kimuraya's Iburi Gakko cheese. The aroma is inviting, like candy, yet fragile, the starry night sky, the flavor is understated but still present and stimulating 😋🍶, and the iburigakko is delicious and chewy 😋✨. Two people, looking at the night sky, shoulder to shoulder... you know what I'm talking about? Can you understand it?

The first sake given to me by my brother-in-law Natsuda Fuyuzo What I like about it is the name. In summer, they make rice in the rice paddies. In winter, they make sake in the brewery. It's like having a clear skies and a rainless sky. The top aroma is not strong, but it has a gorgeous ginjo aroma. When you take a sip Round and mild sweetness. A perfect balance of umami and acidity. Finishes with a slight bitterness on the tongue. Yum! Not a sharp taste Gentle Gentle Thank you, brother-in-law. Since I've been released I've been able to open a four-pack in a couple of days Next time Sparkling Tasake or Aizu Ryugasawa... I'm curious about the two hares...

My favorite brand, with a good name that describes the sake brewing process. When poured into a glass, it has a faint Muscat aroma, and a faint sourness that lingers in the mouth. This brand never fails to impress me.

Sorry for the out-of-prefecture sake after posting last night. I bought this bottle in Akita last year. It's my favorite brewery, Miyamanishiki, and I can't believe I chose to drink it. I remembered that I had bought it at a brewery opening a long time ago. It's served lukewarm. It has a refreshing sourness at first, probably due to the white malt, but the aroma and taste that follow is Miyamanishiki. It has a delicious, friendly taste. It's a Junmai Daiginjo, but it's not overbearing, and it's a sake that you can enjoy with a sense of contentment. I would like to go to the brewery opening again when things settle down.

A comparison of Natsuda Fuyuzo Junmai Daiginjo. The Hoshiakari and Gin no Sei are a little luxurious. Both of them have a beautiful taste because they are made from 40 rice. You can tell the difference in aroma and flavor, but honestly there is not much difference. They don't stand out for their freshness or acidity. They are both delicious. There was no point in comparing them.

My brother in law brought it to me😊. Ikatani Misan Nishiki The sourness and umami of this sake is not unpleasant, but it is delicious and it is a wonderful encounter! It went well with sour boiled daikon leaves! Since I started drinking Sake no Wa I was able to learn about a lot of sake that I didn't know, and I've learned about a lot of sake that I didn't know about, and I've dreamed about some of the top ranking sake that I've never come across (laughs). When I find out that even the lower ranking sake (I don't know how many there are, lol) is surprisingly delicious It's like I've made a great discovery and I'm really happy. Sake is the best✨. Tonight's sake is one I want to drink again! Tomorrow is my second round of vaccines. If I'm feeling well, I'll have a cup of sake. If not, of course, I'm off!
