Natsuda Fuyukura with Kimuraya's Iburi Gakko cheese. The first sake given to me by my brother-in-law Natsuda Fuyuzo What I like about it is the name. In summer, they make rice in the rice paddies. In winter, they make sake in the brewery. It's like having a clear skies and a rainless sky. The top aroma is not strong, but it has a gorgeous ginjo aroma. When you take a sip Round and mild sweetness. Sorry for the out-of-prefecture sake after posting last night. I bought this bottle in Akita last year. It's my favorite brewery, Miyamanishiki, and I can't believe I chose to drink it. I remembered that I had bought it at a brewery opening a long time ago. It's served lukewarm. It has a refreshing sourness at first, probably due to the white malt, but the aroma and taste that follow is Miyamanishiki. It has a delicious, friendly taste. It's a Junmai Daiginjo, but it's not overbearing, and it's a sake that you can enjoy with a sense of contentment. I would like to go to the brewery opening again when things settle down.

A comparison of Natsuda Fuyuzo Junmai Daiginjo. The Hoshiakari and Gin no Sei are a little luxurious. Both of them have a beautiful taste because they are made from 40 rice. You can tell the difference in aroma and flavor, but honestly there is not much difference. They don't stand out for their freshness or acidity. They are both delicious. There was no point in comparing them.
