It has a sweet apple aroma, but it is super hot in the mouth. And it tastes bitter. It may be an exaggeration, but I felt like I had eaten an astringent persimmon. The image I had of Junmai Daiginjo was destroyed. The label recommended heating it up, so I gave it a try. But I wonder if it's a waste of money.

What I like about it is the name.
In summer, they make rice in the rice paddies.
In winter, they make sake in the brewery.
It's like having a clear skies and a rainless sky.
The top aroma is not strong, but it has a gorgeous ginjo aroma.
When you take a sip
