Light. A bit floral. Aroma of ginjo with little sweetness. Monotonous taste. Good as a food sake. 83 points.
Sweetness: 2.5
Acidity: 2.5
Dryness:2.8
Hinted aroma: 2.7
It has a light, smooth mouthfeel with a hint of rice sweetness and iron taste, and cuts dry. Although it has a sake meter of +15, it is not so dry and does not interfere with the taste of food.

Aomori Hato-Masamune
@Hakkouda Resort Hotel
I often drink popular famous junmai sake,
I dared to try a local brew.
The fruity and sharpness of brewed sake is fresh.
fresh and fruity with a sharpness of brewed sake.
Good with Aomori salmon sashimi!
Fifth Aomori souvenir
The top aroma is modest but sweet ginjo aroma. In the mouth, the gentle sweetness and richness of the rice is broken up by a bitter taste. It also has a full, sweet overtone.
Compared to the Hakkouda Oroshi sake we bought at Shin-Aomori station on our way back from a trip to Aomori, the bitterness of the Hakkouda Oroshi sake made it seem less sweet. It is sweet enough, though.
Personally, I prefer a sweeter aftertaste, so I think I prefer the cup sake 🍶🕊.
(PS) I paired it with a hot spring bun I got as a souvenir and it went well with it. It is a new discovery 🍶.
At the end of my trip to Aomori, I found a cup of Hakkouda Oroshi Daiginjo sake at a store in Shin-Aomori station.
I immediately bought it to drink slowly on the bullet train on my way home.
The top aroma was mild, but in the mouth it had a gentle sweetness and richness with a full, sweet aroma of rice.
It is alky but not alcoholic, so it was delicious.
I like Hato Masamune a lot.
It has been quite a while since it was opened.
But it is fruity like a daiginjo and has a moderate umami... It is a sake with a clean aftertaste that you will not dislike.
