Omachi rice + Hakuto yeast used Junmai sake produced by the TAKEO 20 Project, a collaboration of agriculture, commerce, industry, and university students, using specially cultivated Omachi rice from Tatebe-cho, Kita-ku, Okayama City. The label looks modern! This one is definitely fruity ๐Ÿ˜†. Fruity sweet and sour Light and easy to drink Hiruzen style yakisoba noodles and umaumaumauma ๐ŸŽ. I bought a lot of kamaboko at Sakaiminato because they are easy to carry and store ๐ŸŸ. The crab has a very interesting shape and I can't stop smiling just looking at it ๐Ÿฆ€ ๐Ÿฆ€ ๐Ÿฆ€ ๐Ÿฆ€. This is my first bottle of "Ishichi" Asahi rice, one of the brands that got me into the sake swamp. It has a nutty, savory, full-bodied flavor with a strong impression of rice sweetness rather than a fruity sweetness ๐Ÿคค. I knew it! Great cosmetics too ๐Ÿ˜†.

It's my first time to try a special junmai ๐Ÿ˜ณ. It has a mild aroma, but when you drink it, you can feel the sweetness and the umami. It's a great sake with a great price ๐Ÿ˜†.

We ordered this sake because we thought it would go well with sashimi. It is a very Okayama sake, but it is much less assertive than Tagaji, so it seems to go well with the food. However, it still has the umami and acidity that are unique to Okayama, so I think it would be better with simmered dishes than sashimi. It is delicious.
