We ordered this sake because we thought it would go well with sashimi.
It is a very Okayama sake, but it is much less assertive than Tagaji, so it seems to go well with the food.
However, it still has the umami and acidity that are unique to Okayama, so I think it would be better with simmered dishes than sashimi.
It is delicious.
