Sake with a lot of yeast appeal. I think it's rare to find a sake other than CEL yeast 🤔. It's 1801 yeast, so it's fruity and has a sweet aroma, but it's spicier than I thought it would be. I wish there would be more raw sake like this that can be easily bought at supermarkets. I get the impression that it's pretty sweet when the temperature rises.

3㌥ purchased at Ikari Supermarket, the pride of Kansai I'm sure it's an upscale supermarket, but it's headquartered in Amagasaki 😙. It's refreshing, but has just the right amount of sweetness and spiciness to make it easy to drink. It's not too assertive, so I guess it's a food sake type. The sweetness seems to come after the spiciness. A little nutty at the back. I know it was a while ago, but my recommendations are now full of Ibaraki sake 😳I don't know anything about Senhime or Futabayama 😳. Hana-no-i is a brewery of thieves 🐈️ I believe 🫢.

Without much thought, I chose one from the shelves. The cashier said, "This one came in today. As usual, I opened the bottle in the Shinkansen. It is a junmai ginjo-shu with a gorgeous aroma comparable to that of a ginjo-shu with brewing alcohol. It's quite fruity, and probably right in the middle of my strike zone. Thank you very much.
