I bought this at Joetsu Myoko Station in Niigata. Niigata has many famous sakes, but we chose to avoid the famous ones. The recommendation was to warm it up, so I immediately set the temperature to 45°C. As the label said, it had a very elegant taste. As the label says, it has a very elegant taste, with a refined sweetness and just the right amount of acidity and bitterness. It has a clean aftertaste and is very easy to drink. It's delicious.
Japanese sake
Ingredients: Rice (domestic), Rice malt (domestic)
Rice polishing ratio: 58
Alcohol content: 15
One bottle (one gou) is not enough for a two-hour ride, so I ask for another kind. Ayu Masamune is available at convenience stores in Niigata, but I think this one is of a higher grade.
It has a much stronger acidity than the previous one, but it goes very well with onigiri.
After this, dessert will be served, and I think it goes well with dessert, so I will eat it slowly.
The attendant who came to pay the bill said to me
I was told by the attendant who came to pay the bill, "You are a strong drinker, aren't you?
(laugh).
I replied, "No, no, I'm just a little tipsy.
I replied, "No, I'm just a little drunk.
Good evening, kzsh1017😄!
I couldn't tell you that I drank about 1 liter of sake the day before ← I️ was surprised at my own calculation.
I have a weak heart 🥳.
Good evening, Jay & Nobby 😁.
This train tilts and shakes a lot, so it was hard to pour without spilling a drop 💦 and you can't drink out of a bottle because everyone is there ← crude (lol).
This is the first time I have had this junmai sake from Ayu Masamune.
The palate is soft and sweet at the end, then turns a little dry in the middle.
Tonight's appetizer was scallop sashimi with a lot of wasabi, which went well with this sweet sake.
Delicious!
It has a refreshing taste, but the sweetness and acidity of the rice can be felt and "the sake" can be enjoyed.
The thick taste on the palate makes it even more delicious.
Rather sweet. The aroma was not too strong and it was easy to drink.
It is just a reminder, so please don't be offended.
It is a 4-glass bottle, and I finished it in about 3 days.
This is a 5 year old sake from Ayumasamune Brewery. I'm not a big fan of sweet sake, but even I can drink more and more of this old sake. The sweetness of this old sake isn't heavy at all! This is one of the best for those who like old sake, and also for those who are new to it😁.
Junmai Ginjo 58% polished rice al15 degrees
Purchased for home use at Shokurakuen in Omotesando
I've been drinking this sake before April 2017, when I started using the app to record the label image and the date I drank it, so for a while I've been uniformly using 2017/04/01 as the date I drank it.
Daiginjo Harashu, 40% polished rice, 18% al.
This is a sake that my nephew brought to me on New Year's Day.
However, I'm not sure if I drank the 2015 sake on New Year's Day 2016 or 2017... I'm not sure what the definition of "2015 sake" is.
In the meantime, I've decided that I drank it on New Year's Day 2016.
