First time drinking outside in a while, and the second drink was ayu - ‼️ This was also the first time I had this. The aroma is gorgeous and the sweetness and acidity are well balanced. I thought that ayu (sweetfish) was the ultimate in dryness, but it was easy to drink and I liked it.

Daiginjo Harashu, 40% polished rice, 18% al. This is a sake that my nephew brought to me on New Year's Day. However, I'm not sure if I drank the 2015 sake on New Year's Day 2016 or 2017... I'm not sure what the definition of "2015 sake" is. In the meantime, I've decided that I drank it on New Year's Day 2016.

Perfect. This word leaked out naturally. The mouthfeel was smooth and soft. After that, the sweetness and flavor slowly spread. The aftertaste is also meltingly smooth and fades away. However, there was almost no harshness from the alcohol. It's an unprocessed sake with such a perfect taste. A superb product.

An ayu fish recommended by a woman in a liquor store on a trip to Niigata I told him that I prefer the fruity one, which is a local sake from Niigata, and of course I bought Murasuke, which I'm told is not available outside of the prefecture, so I bought it. Mild aroma, sweet and fruity But... Not enough flavor, too refreshing or thin... Unfortunately, it didn't work for me, but again, it's a matter of taste. It was a classy drink.
