I bought this at Joetsu Myoko Station in Niigata. Niigata has many famous sakes, but we chose to avoid the famous ones. The recommendation was to warm it up, so I immediately set the temperature to 45°C. As the label said, it had a very elegant taste. As the label says, it has a very elegant taste, with a refined sweetness and just the right amount of acidity and bitterness. It has a clean aftertaste and is very easy to drink. It's delicious.
