Outstandingly delicious. Not a trendy sake. It is a flat to acidity-first type of sake with umami coming out later. Bitterness at the same time. A type that makes you tremble. It is numbing to think that this type of sake can be found in fresh storage and fire-brewed throughout the four seasons. S if you like Kurogyu, Tenju, etc.

It is a sloppy, cloudy sake, but the fizz and acidity make it refreshing to drink. Even after the carbonation wears off, the dry flavor makes it worth drinking.

Opened on June 19, 2021 Purchased at local sake shop Kodama Gentle❗️Based on the soft sweetness of the rice, it is round and ... yet somehow very thick❗️There is a bit of alcohol stimulation. Of course it's great as a food sake, but it also works well for evening drinking^ ^ ^. Good ️️.
