If you drink it cold, you will get a surprisingly refreshing sweet taste and a mild dairy product smell, even though it's a principle principle principle. You can feel a light bitterness in the middle of it and it has a pleasant flavor and lingering taste. I haven't had it hot yet, but I'm looking forward to it now. I'd like to have a glass of the Junmai-shu Tamura
Perfect for a classic evening drink
I like it cold, so I drank it cold.
I need to drink this hot.
It's more than fruity.
You can enjoy the richness of the flavor.
But it's surprisingly not persistent.
It has a rich flavor and richness like Shaoxing wine. It is a good saltiness!
The sweetness is controlled, but you can enjoy the complexity, miscellaneous flavors and bitterness in the aftertaste. This is a good drink!

A strong taste of rice that becomes crispy and tight
delicious both cold and hot
This is Tamura Uzu Nigori-so from Niida Honke. A friend of mine in Fukushima sent it to me! It has a soft sweetness and sourness that is typical of light nigori, with a faint sense of gas. It has a sense of alcohol and it is refreshing. The flavor of the rice is also very good. The alcohol content is not low, but you can drink more and more (^^).
It smells like baked nuts, savory and sweet.
It reminded me of a Florentine or something 😀
It goes in gently through without any emphasis on sweetness or acidity or anything else.
It's not glamorous, but it's soooo good!
The first drink. I was served a drink that went with the sashimi.
It went exactly with the sashimi, and it was refreshing and pretty much to my liking!
