On days when the bother carries over into the night, I sometimes feel like having a somewhat dry drink.
I like the name, "Theatre of Life.
Not that anything in particular happened to me, but we all have a lot going on in our lives, don't we?
The appearance is a light yellowish hue, with a rather strong ginjo aroma.
The cemedine-like aroma rises up and is nice.
I'm not a fan of this kind of thing, but sometimes I like to drink something like this with a little bit of a kick.
It is soft on the palate, and the umami and bitterness come gradually after a while in the mouth.
This is the kind of sake I like to drink with something to eat for dinner.
Theater of Life, not only spicy, but also sour and sweet.
I'm not supposed to be good at this kind of thing, but I found it relatively easy to drink and tasty.
