Eiketsu-tachi no Banquet series. This is the only Honjozo in this series.
Dry taste. It is explained that it is the image of Okubo Hikosaemon, who is said to have been regarded as an opinionated person under heaven.
Seems to be a blend of 2 3 4 year olds with a fuller flavor and full body. The alcohol is also high.
My friend also said the wine was as the name suggests, sour, bitter, freshness all around, theatre of life.
Still good with meats.

I'm not a big fan of nigorizumari, but Sakando is lightly nigorizumari and relatively light, so it's easy to drink.
The aroma is slightly fruity.
