It is dry and refreshing, but also tastes sweet and is easy to drink.

The booth here was called "Traditional Brewery", but I was told that several breweries are part of a group. In terms of a company, it was the parent company and several breweries were subsidiaries. They have synergy in sourcing rice🌾🤔.

I opened this sake in the fridge because I wanted to drink something more classic since I have been drinking a lot of fruity sake recently.
