The 8th SAKE Fes in Yurakucho.
The booth here was called "Traditional Brewery", but I was told that several breweries are part of a group. In terms of a company, it was the parent company and several breweries were subsidiaries. They have synergy in sourcing rice🌾🤔.
It's a very survival strategy 🧐.

Thick rice 🌾 flavor and hackles.
I thought there would be the usual alcohol feel, but there isn't.
It is authentic, but the lack of alcoholiness made it easier to drink 🤗.
