It is a gift.
Every year around this time, my front door beeps with the arrival of this sake.
It has a calm ginjo aroma without being flashy. Naturally, there are no peculiarities, and the five tastes are well balanced.
The sweetness is slightly strong, but it is balanced by the bitterness and slight spiciness from the middle part of the bottle. And yet, it is not watery. The arugula is also doing its job well, and it finishes refreshingly.
It does not have many characteristics, but it is a luxurious food sake.

A sparkling sake, probably the best type I've ever had in a wine glass.
I regret that I drank it straight from the bottle at that time.

Moderately sweet and easy to drink. It is not light, but has a robust flavor. The accompaniments were grilled mackerel, sashimi of kibinago (a small herring roe), and sashimi of Hirame (flatfish) wrapped in grated yam and konbu, which went perfectly with the sake.
