The 5th and 6th cups are called "Ousaki". I failed to ask if the name is a play on the name of Osaki City, where the Kanmei Brewery is located😅.
I tasted the special junmai and junmai sake of Uguisaki. The picture shows only the Tokujun 💦.
Gentle taste. Fluffy spreading rice. It also has a fruity sweetness, and I wonder if it has less acidity. Tokujun is nicely integrated, and Junmai is very well balanced with the complex flavor of rice that is typical of Junmai. ‼️

However, I've already had 6 cups of Kanmei sake and I'm still not bored at all 💕💕.
