Yeah, it's light. In a good way. But you can feel the sake. The aroma is green apple? And what can I say, the price is good! The label is also cute with a fireworks design, and summer sake is great. Rice polishing ratio 59%. alc 13

This is a sake from a distribution group that is not generally available. It has a refreshing aroma. It is a fruity version of a sake from Nagano Prefecture. I wouldn't recommend it to others, but I guess I like it just fine.
