It's a brand that you don't see very often, but I bought it because it's my favorite Nagano sake.
The color is a little yellowish, which gives it an aged look.
The aroma is mild and not very strong, but there is a subtle scent of pickles in the alcohol.
I looked it up and found out that from this year onwards, this autumn sake has been aged for over two years to give a sense of maturity.
Although there is a sense of maturity, it is not too peculiar and has a gentle mature taste.
At first sip, the sake feels thin and clean on the palate, but when you drink it, the richness spreads and the acidity is strong, giving it a good sake feeling.
It's easy to drink because it doesn't have a strong flavor like Kamikame, but if you drink too much, it will become heavy.
Yeah, it's light. In a good way.
But you can feel the sake. The aroma is green apple?
And what can I say, the price is good!
The label is also cute with a fireworks design, and summer sake is great.
Rice polishing ratio 59%.

It's crisp and easy to drink, and the alcohol is good too 😋.
This was the end of the party. It's fun to have a different experience when you get to choose what to drink!
