First time in a long time at Aomori/Iwate Shop Beautiful design of deer and autumn leaves. I heard that this sake is brewed with its own rice, Hafukiyuki. Sake with a slightly golden color. When drunk lukewarm, you can taste the flavor of the rice.

Third round of drinks at a local restaurant. It's a clear wine even though it's a Yamahai. I love this sense of contradiction. I am impressed that they brewed this kind of sake.

Cemedine is on the offensive from the start. The top aroma is not only of cemedine, but also of Shirakami forest, I don't know... It is a dry sake with some acidity.
