The first Shirakami I got the other day.
He was selling at Sendai Mitsukoshi, and an elderly man who was there as a sales representative, a sommelier and sake connoisseur, seemed to be a great guy.
He is a sommelier and a sake master, and he seemed to be a great guy.
The head aroma is weak, but there is a slight alcohol taste in the back of the bottle.
The first attack is very smooth. Enjoy the aftertaste of increased alcohol as the temperature rises, and finish with soft acidity and bitterness.
It is as good as expected!
The sales clerk, who gave me his business card, was very personable and eager to teach me many things. I would like to have a drink with him next time I meet him.

I think this sweetness is soothing to tired people after a long day at work.
It is sweet, but not too strong. Still, it may feel heavy if you drink it for a long time, so I wonder if it would be better to drink it quickly at first or change the taste from a different direction.
The aftertaste is not that long.
The impression of sweetness hides it, but the more you drink it, the more sake-like it becomes, so if it's too easy to drink, it might come back later.
