The first Shirakami I got the other day.
He was selling at Sendai Mitsukoshi, and an elderly man who was there as a sales representative, a sommelier and sake connoisseur, seemed to be a great guy.
He is a sommelier and a sake master, and he seemed to be a great guy.
The head aroma is weak, but there is a slight alcohol taste in the back of the bottle.
The first attack is very smooth. Enjoy the aftertaste of increased alcohol as the temperature rises, and finish with soft acidity and bitterness.
It is as good as expected!
The sales clerk, who gave me his business card, was very personable and eager to teach me many things. I would like to have a drink with him next time I meet him.
Thank you very much!
Good morning, Colonel Lal 😃If it is recommended by a sake connoisseur and even a sommelier, it is already delicious even before you drink it 😁I️ will try my hand at it when I see you at Shirakami ‼️.
It has a strong, full flavor with acidity, and a round taste with a hint of bitterness and astringency.
I like it because it has a flavor similar to that of Hoshisen No. 8 unfiltered unpasteurized sake, with less acidity and 70% bitter chocolate.
The aftertaste does not drag so much.
This sake is made from rice called Hanabukiyuki, grown in our own rice fields.
It has a sharp taste and is good for those who like dry sake.
Sake that brings out the flavor of fish from Hachinohe
The spoils of my business trip to Aomori‼️.
Light, refreshing, fruity 🍶🌸✨.
Tangy on the tip of the tongue!
Easy to drink❗️
Super oicy ❕️!
I'm enjoying it very much.
Drinking out series
A fruity-sweet sake that is easy to understand.
It is easy to drink and goes down easily.
I think this sweetness is soothing to tired people after a long day at work.
It is sweet, but not too strong. Still, it may feel heavy if you drink it for a long time, so I wonder if it would be better to drink it quickly at first or change the taste from a different direction.
The aftertaste is not that long.
The impression of sweetness hides it, but the more you drink it, the more sake-like it becomes, so if it's too easy to drink, it might come back later.
