I don't really like cold sake, but this is good! After this, I had some more expensive sake and other drinks, but this was the best. We drank it at Sugitama, a new branch of Sushiro.
Spring Sake Vol.2
The aroma is a little light grapefleur.
The taste is a soft bitterness that gradually becomes stronger and stronger, and then the flavor comes out later.
If it were a normal sake, it would be a bit tiring to drink, but with the low alcohol content, you can drink it easily😊.
Since it's a fire-boiler, I'm keeping it at room temperature, but I'm starting to feel that the fruitiness of the drink is more apparent in the cold brew.
Kasumikuchiman Junmai-Ginjo
The first thing to come is sweetness. But it's sweet sir because of the sourness. But, well, it's a bit of a mouthful. A little bit of grapes trout trout, and a hint of melon pulp, too. Mmmm... 85 points.
