Like Sakyami.
I thought it might be gassy, but...
It's clean and goes in easily.
The sweetness is not too strong.
The acidity is also moderate.
It has a nice soft flavor.
Junmai Ginjo ✨ENSENBLE LIMITED BLEND 😆Biyama Nishiki🌾
Gorgeous aroma✨. Light taste of melon type 🍈. Sweet and delicious. It's rich but refreshing✨They say it's a limited blend of all the sake brewed with three different yeasts🤔.
Buy at Ishimaru Sake Shop @ Omiya Drink at home 20210827
I bought it at Iwase sake shop in Gunma.
It's supposed to be a limited edition, but they usually have it on line.
It is not insulting.
There was a warning label on the bottle, but it didn't foam up.
It's sweet, delicious, and easy to drink. It's a good sake.
It's about time to start seeing all kinds of sake in the shops.
It's a good season for delicious food.
The aroma is very fruity
The taste is more dry than full.
You can drink it like water.
As it gets closer to room temperature, it becomes more rice-like.
Home brewing Ishikawa Sake Brewery
It is said to be a blend of three kinds of yeast. It has acidity and sweetness, but the aftertaste is refreshing and you will never get tired of drinking it.
It goes well with chilled tomatoes.
This is my second bottle of Kimusume Shuzo since Sakyami.
I bought it because of the beautiful label!
It's an unpasteurized sake, so it's a bit harsh in the throat.
After a week of drinking, the taste became much rounder and easier to drink! I had the impression that I had to drink it right away, but I realized that's not true!
There are so many ways to drink it.
