のむ酒
This is my second bottle of Kimusume Shuzo since Sakyami.
I bought it because of the beautiful label!
It's an unpasteurized sake, so it's a bit harsh in the throat.
After a week of drinking, the taste became much rounder and easier to drink! I had the impression that I had to drink it right away, but I realized that's not true!
There are so many ways to drink it.

First day of opening the bottle, just a spicy impression.
I knew I wasn't going to like it.
After a few days, the sweetness and sourness came out.
It is quite good!
Better at room temperature than cold.

Blended with Sakyami, No. 18, No. 14 and No. 9 yeast blame.
It is not rough, but well-balanced, and I felt it was like a calmer version of Sakyami.
As the temperature rises in the cold, the flavor and alcohol taste comes out, so it's good to drink it in a relaxed manner. I don't know.

まろやかなお米の風味の口当たり、若干のボンド感、その後舌の奥で感じる辛味あり。飲みやすい。

貴娘 普通酒かな？群馬の地酒小瓶セットの中の一本です。普通酒だったら美味しいよ！特別本醸造クラスのスッキリ感と、予想外の旨味。キリッと感とマッタリ感も両立した感じで良かった。

ささつ
食の駅ぐんまにて購入。3種の酵母のブレンドだという。華やかな香り、旨口、酸味は少ない。ワイングラスで楽しむ。醸し人九平次は酸味が感じられ白ワイン感が強いが、それよりアルコール感が少なく、スルスルと入る。刺身よりあっさりした野菜オーブン焼きと合う。これで1389円+税とはコスパ高い。
